Return and Refund Policy

At ComfySpree.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’ve made our return process as easy as possible.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item for a refund or exchange.  

Conditions for Returns:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with the original tags still attached.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged products or returning after 14 days of purchase is not acceptable. 

How to Initiate a Return:

1.  Contact us at [Your Customer Service Email Address] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

2.  We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to us.

3.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.  If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 3 days.  The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info.comfyspree@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.  Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info.comfyspree@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
